These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Digital Doctor website and the repair and IT services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, booking a service or handing over a device for repair, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms in full. If you are acting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

Our Services

All repair and IT services are provided with reasonable skill and care by our certified technicians. Estimated timelines are given in good faith and may vary depending on the diagnosis, parts availability and the complexity of the work required.

Bookings & Quotes

We provide a free diagnosis and a transparent, upfront quote before any chargeable work begins. Work only proceeds once you have approved the quote. Any additional work identified during a repair will be quoted separately for your approval.

Warranty

Every repair is covered by our 90-day workmanship warranty. Genuine parts we install carry their respective manufacturer warranties. The warranty does not cover subsequent accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse or issues unrelated to the original repair.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Under our no-fix, no-fee policy, you will not be charged repair labour if we are unable to resolve the reported issue.

Data & Backups

While we take every precaution to protect your data during a repair, we strongly recommend you back up all important files beforehand. Digital Doctor cannot be held responsible for any loss of data that may occur during the repair process.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
